Example case:

You raise the urgent suspicion that one of your customers has assets in Turkey despite being in receipt of social benefits. However, you cannot prove anything against the customer.

In this case, your employee, or the case handler in the customer’s benefits department, will contact us, send us the Turkish identity card number and issue an order to us for research about this customer. We can then start our research. We will ask about the customer’s immovable property at the Turkish land registry.

We determine detailed information in this way about the person whom the query is about and their property in Turkey, such as, for example, the map view, full address and pictures of any property.

Once our investigative work has been completed, we will contact the case handler in the benefits department again and will present the results of our investigation to him or her and make the investigation files available. The case handler can now confront the customer with the results/evidence he or she now has and can suspend the social benefits for the time being. If our research work comes to nothing and we have been unable to obtain any results concerning the customer, we will, of course, also inform you of that. In this case, all of the data you have transmitted will be destroyed, and the process will be closed at our end. The entire process remains anonymous throughout the entire procedure.
